Batch Match is one-time processing your list of names or social security numbers against all existing records in the database(s) you select. 
List Monitoring is designed to provide ongoing screening of your list for new records added to our database(s) at regular intervals.

Comprehensive!  Batch Match services can be processed against both of our exceptional national databases - look for matching names in the national Obituary Registry and matching social security numbers in the Social Security Death Index.

Easy - and fast!  Send us your list of names and/or social security numbers and we can usually return your results within 24 hours.

Affordable!  College & University Subscribers are entitled to an automatic 25% discount off our already low Batch Match prices.  Compare and Save!  We'll process your list of social security numbers against the Social Security Death Index for considerably less than other screening services.  And, Batch Match against our exclusive national obituary database is priced low to enable our subscribers to take advantage of this great service.

Flexible!  Batch Match services are recommended for annual list maintenance but can be conducted more or less frequently according to the needs of your institution.

Productive!  Matching by social security number is an efficient way to quickly identify deceased individuals and obtain basic data for each listing.  Obituary batch matching is an exclusive service of ObituaryRegistry.com.  Searches are based on First Name, Last Name, City & State of Residence - and include the complete obituary for each match!

Terms:
Batch Match services for college and university subscribers are billed when the reports are completed , net 10 days.  Credit card and check payments are accepted.

List Monitoring is designed to provide ongoing screening for new records added to our database(s) after you Batch Match against historical records. 

List Monitoring is available by annual subscription only.  To calculate your price, find the reporting frequency you need in the table below.  For each report you receive, you will be charged a "Run Fee" plus and the associated price per name multiplied by the number of names on your list.  *
