Batch Match pricing is based on a "Run Fee" plus the number of individuals on your list multiplied by the appropriate price per individual from the table below. There are no setup fees or hidden charges!

Price for a one-time screening of your list of

Payment terms for Batch Match are 50% in advance, 50% on delivery (net 10 days).

List Monitoring Pricing:
Need your list of names monitored more frequently for new deaths?
List Monitoring is designed to
provide ongoing screening for new records added to our
database(s) after you Batch Match against historical
records.
List Monitoring is available by
annual subscription only. To calculate your price, find the reporting frequency you
need in the table below. For each report you receive,
you will be charged a "Run Fee" plus and the associated price
per name multiplied by the number of names on your list. *

$325.00/qtr. for social security monitoring ($50 plus 50,000 x .0055), or
$340.00/qtr. for obituary registry monitoring ($50 plus 50,000 x .0058)
By Annual Subscription only. Invoices are dated the 1st of the month for each month you receive your reports, net 10 days. Credit card and check payments are accepted. All List Monitoring subscriptions are eligible for an annual prepayment discount of 5%.
